You're unlikely to find anything over a size 10 or if you're lucky maybe a 12 in Matahari. Centro, I haven't been to, but I'm guessing it won't be much different.
Your best bet would be to either take a pattern from home or chance it over there and get one made. I don't know what the choices of fabric would be like though. Someone with experience having a formal dress made will probably reply soon enough though.
