Flight from Melb. left on time and no complaints. Flight home left 2 hours late but other airlines have done that. I would fly with them again. They are very specific about over the luggage limit so read all the information about that. They give you a chance to fill in a survey on the net which I did so they must be trying to get things right. Only booked the comfort pack but the food looked ok.Enjoy your time.
