to be married anywhere in Indonesia, including Bali, you will have to state your religion, and it has to be the same for both the bride and groom. The religion has to be one of those recognised in Indonesia - Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, Catholicism, and Protestant. Marriage ceremonies are conducted by both a religious minister and a civil registrar, except in the case of muslim weddings which only need the religious ceremony. I doubt you could have a traditional Hindu wedding, unless you both became Hindu.
