at the Sinar about 10 times now, and have never come across how you have described it. We have always enjoyed it, staff have been great, and security has never been a problem. We have left our kids in the room several times watching DVD's while my husband and I have been out for dinner and they have been checked on by the staff several times during the night, have even had security guard sitting on our verandah keeping watch until we have returned, which has never been late as only gone out for dinner. Sorry you experienced bad luck, but I still recommend it to my friends. Sorry
