Sorry for late reply, got home last Friday. As for the Jayakarta..well, if you are staying in the hotel section I would say rooms 273 - 283, 217 - 224 and 210 - 216 would be the best choice.. close to the pool, nice lawn area for kids and playground within sight and nice rooms. As for the club Bali - timeshare appartments different story.
We stayed there from 3 - 10 March and I would never stay there again. Aircon needs key to work so if you are out all day you return to a damp musty smelling room, smallest single beds I have ever seen and if you are any bigger than a size 10 two of you can't fit on the verandah unless you are on ground floor. Tea and coffee supplied for the first day and a water dispenser is supplied. The cleaning staff are lovely but one reception for safety deposit box (too small to fit camera in) on ground floor of appartments then you must go to seperate building to hand in key at another reception. No chance of getting to reception or restaurant areas without drowning if it is raining and long way to the pool if you have kids in tow. Hallways are long, dark and damp. I know others like the property and maybe we found it such a let down after moving from the Peninsula but as an exchange property I was expecting similar standard facilities. Any questions just ask.
