ACE hardware, but likely to be a bit pricey.
Alternately, I noticed a small "door handle" place on the right hand side, leaving Kuta and heading to Denpasar (past Supernova)on opposite side.
Didn't stop, but they may have something (suggest you take a pic or similar as many of the guys on that strip do not speak English)
