They have boards with photos everywhere in Ubud.I'm unsure where their office is because I booked with e-mail. Their e-mail address is bulanindah@dps.centrin.net.id and their phone number in Bali is 97 5557. The kids will love it. There was a couple with kids on our tour and the staff were great with them.
