we were there 3 weeks ago and legian was dead, waterbom was empty.
kuta reasonable 1 day and about 10 people at tanah lot the day we visited. a lot of japanese students who had a month off from uni but stayed for 3 days then left.
Our friends told us it had been quiet since christmas. so go figure?
