Be aware that the Ashram is described as a homestay so facilities may be quite basic.
Pacung Asri Mountain Resort is probably more expensive but will have better standards. The last time I visited the restaurant was only passable.
The PAMR used to have a website but I can't see it on a google search. Perhaps you'll have more luck with a search.
Pacung Indah looks good and has its own web site so you can book direct. I know you said you said apart from it but it might be the safest bet as it has had consistently good reports. If you do stay at Ashram or PAMR be sure to post a report when you get back.
