I'm suprised you can't find anti bac wipes, I've found them readily available in chemists and super markets such as Woolworths, Bi-Lo etc.
If you're flying from Syd, i know they sell them at the airport chemist.
I have never come across anti bac baby wipes..
As another alternative, you could always use Aqium gel (made by Ego Pharmeceuticals), it's an anti bac hand gel that you just rub into your hands, does the same kind of job of killing any bacteria on your hands. I actually prefer to use the gel rather than the wipes.
