One problem and probably the biggest is that most countries only allow planes to fly in from their own country ie singapore for tiger air,and at the moment tiger DO NOT FLY TO BALI AT ALL,so i very much doubt that in the future you will see pth-bali direct with tiger unless they do, as proposed start a domestic service here,but again that would be a domestic airline not international.Maybe the will start sing-bali in the future who knows but then you will have to consider whatever transit waits you will have.
