I just returned from Bali yesterday, Turtle Island is a total Rip off don't go. We took a glass bottom boat ride from Sanur to turtle Island & were bitterly disappointed, they (15) are locked in this concrete tank in about 30 cms of water with stairs going down of which you climb down & the turtles come up to the stairs edge & they say you can feed them. I thought at first way look at them coming up to us only realising they must starve them so tourist will feed them their seaweed. They then want you to buy from their shop of which we didn't want anything, so then they said they wanted a donation for the little we feed them.
