forum. I would suggest that you go through an agent especially as it is your first time and have transfers to your hotel included. That way you will be picked up at the airport by someone holding up a card with your name on it . On the plane over ask someone (preferably a couple) if you could follow them through the visa and customs section ,and do not be afraid to ask other Aussie travellers there for advice . You will find most of them are more than happy to help you.
Just remember everyone had to go to Bali a first time and once you have done it you will be surprised how easy it is .
Keep your witts about you the same as you do in Oz. If you feel something isn't quite right it generally isn't ,just walk away!!
