For a few years I travelled with pain killers for a back injury and though I was prepared with dr certificates I also was never questioned. Our only experience of questions re medications was once coming into Darwin where they took some Indo bought medications to check off their list and whilst they were suspicious that they werent allowed to be imported because they werent specifically mentioned on the prohibited list I was allowed to bring them through.
