When you get to reception- ask for a buggy- and they will call one up with a driver to take you there.
And make sure you have a look around whilst there- lots to see!!!
Whenever I take newbies there- they always say should have come on the first day...fabulous way to really unwind....take your time on each jet, but beware....if you get too close to some of them, as it feels like they will rip your skin off!!!
They do get you to sign a release form, acknowledging medical conditions etc.
And they suggest no alchohol for at least two hours prior.
If you go earlier in the day- make sure you grab a lychee cocktail
at the stunning martini pools after the treatment...very relaxing and lavish location.
If you want a driver contact who knows his way around - sing out!!
