It is actually Anchor brand raspberry cordial. Made in WA. A study was done many years ago at Murdoch University in WA that found the ANCHOR brand was teh only red cordial that used the cochineal bug to create the raspberry flavour and that the cochineal extract was what actually helped kill bugs. I have used it several times in Bali and have never bene sick but maybe thats just coincidence. Cochineal is a natural flavouring which is back in common use now as people become concerned about food additives and chemicals.
There is also a new product called Travelan which gets taken every day as a preventative and claims to actually stop the various bad bugs getting into the lining of your stomach. have been told about it by many people and will use it on my next trip to Bali.
