The cost of VOA depends on the length of stay. If you are staying more than 7 days and less than 30days, the cost is US$25.00, so I suggest your calculation is about right. This can be paid in A$ if you wish. Do check what type of dollars are being discussed. For example the exchange rate for New Zealand dollars is less than Australian dollars, which will appear to make the cost of VOA more.
