Sounds like you should be able to get this problem resolved now.
Di is back at home, (after 'nursing' her injured daughter). She said that she sent the juice to you on 20/2/7 and it has taken APO until 13/3/7 to let you know that parcel has been damaged. Apparently you live out of the area when express posted articles can be sent.
Poor Di is terribly disappointed with this situation, as she has only ever had one juice parcel not arrive safely in the past. I suppose you cant avoid accidents.
Hope you eventually enjoy your juice when you get a chance to taste it.
