Hi Princessdd, late check out at Balihai (and most hotels) is 6.00pm, and is generally half the room rate you are paying. Recently I was quoted USD$45 for a room with a daily rate of USD$100. Having said that, and seeing that you want 10.00pm checkout you may well be charged a similar rate commensurate with the room rate and the extra time you which may be more than 50% of the daily rate.
What I suggest you do however, is to contact Ratna Indah before you go (Director of Sales) by phone (switch is 62 361 753035) or by email at ratna@balihai-resort.com to explain your needs and negotiate the late checkout rate.
Don't worry too much about their web site rates, they will offer much lower rates for all rooms when asked.
We have only had a few days in Villa Orchid but believe me it was quite an experience - good that is.
