Hi, just reading a JBR below and someone saying that they bought back some cold and flu tablets as we always do. Well got back from Thailand 4 weeks ago and had stocked up on the usual cold and flu tablets and some Ponstan. I declared it on the arrival card (under drugs and medications) and was taken aside and had them closely examined. I was told that mine were ok but if they had Pseudoephedrine in them they would have been confiscated and I would have been given a warning about importing prohibited medications. I have just checked my Panadol cold and flu that I always stock up on in Bali and see that it is listed as an ingredient. So be careful if you are carrying these as they are now banned. :)
