Have a look at the top of this page, you will find a Currency Converter. It shows the GBP at 17,733. If you exchange it at home for 15,750, you will be throwing away 11% of your hard earnt savings.
(or in one of those funny little quirks that mathematics can do, you would have 12% more money if you exchange it in Bali)
Pretty easy to work out your best option from that simple bit or arithmetic.
Also forget about this train of thought that keeps mentioning Kodak shops as the place to exchange money. This is not 100% correct. Use your own eyes and brains to work out the best deal for yourself. If the street price is 17,733 and your hotel is offering 17,550, save yourself a hassle and exchange it at the hotel. (that is only a 1% loss)
