You HAVE to stay within the grounds of your hotel from 6am on Nypei day until 6am on the following day ( NO exceptions). The previous evening on Nypei Eve you will be able to enjoy the street carnival processions which start up at about 8pm There are no particular activities after Nypei Day but things do get back to normal pretty quickly.
