2 We would like to assure you that there is no restrictions in bringing CDs, DVDs and books to Singapore. With regard to your query on pirated version, please be advised that our Films Act empowers MDA to classify a film strictly
on the basis of its contents and not on its origin.

3 For your information, if you intend to hand carry DVDs to Singapore, it would be intercepted at the Custom Checkpoints and directed to our office. You would be issued a Warehouse Deposit Receipt (WDR) where you would
have to produce it at our office to claim your items. Alternatively, it would be possible for you to deposit your items at
the Custom Bonded Warehouse upon your arrival at the airport and collect it when you leave Singapore.
