The ground floor room are the best to stay in "pool view" you walk straight out into the pool from your room, they will put a roll away bed in for your child but if you have an endless budget I would go for the Courtyard Suites which we got up graded to last May and they are really really nice.
But we normally stay in the Superior room which are fine and very clean make sure you email the hotel and ask for a room on the non Mosque side of the hotel as the prayers can be loud from the Mosque next door but in saying that every time I have ask for a room on the non Mosque side they have all ways made sure that I get the room I want and some times better. Also the breakfast at this hotel are the best I have eaten in Bali
If you do stay in Sanur and you want to try indo food try the APA KABBAR Bar there rijstafel is the best I have ever eaten, think the price is 70 000Rp for the 2 people and it was more then we could eat. And our daughter loved the satays too. And the drink prices are cheap also.
They also have free pick up from your hotel, you just call for them to pick you up.
