Usually all they need is a new battery. I keep replacing the batteries (which I get included in the purchaes of the watch) & the watches last about 3 years on average. Most of the backs come off fairly easily but last time in Bali I asked Bali Boy (from S&S) to get me a tool like he uses to remove the backs from the Rolex watches) 120000 Rup well spent.
