I just bought mine....you need to ask the chemist for a free insulated paper bag for carting to airport etc...you then put into your suitcase as it is very cold in the hold.
Insulated bag is fine to the hotel and then pop into fridge.
If travelling around might be worth buying the glad ice block bags and a small cooler bag.
