yogyakarta to Lovina

We will be staying in Yogyakarta at the end of May had thought about flying back to Denpasar but want advice on organising transport via the ferry to Lovina. Also any advice on accommodation in Lovina have looked at the Rambutan cottages any other info would be greatly appreciated.
