Kumara Sakti Cottages or Ubud Village

Hi guys I am still searching for somewhere nice to stay in Ubud for two nights in May. I normally stay at Tegal Sari in but they are booked out so I am trying to decide on a nice alternative.

Has any one stayed in these two Hotels that can tell me a few things about them.........I would really like somewhere relaxing with a view if possible.
Kumara Sakti sounds like it has a view... does any one know if they have a lot of stairs....taking 73 year old Mother. And how far out of town it is.
