Bumbu Bali cooking classes

We are going to be in Bali in April and would like to do a Balinese cooking class.
Has anyone done one of these classes recently?
How was it?
Can you book them over there and about how much do they cost?
We enquired here in Perth but costs varied considerably between holiday brochures. We were wondering if we should just book when we get there.
Does anyone know of any other classes that aren't up in Ubud?
