Over the years we have taken Immodium for diarrhoea and Maxalon for nausea and some anti biotics but they are all out of date now and we have never used them! I did lend some to a visitor who was feeling sick. Remember that the belly stuff is only a stop gap measure to get you through a plane or car trip. If you have eaten bad food it will work its way out regardless! Just stay at your hotel near the toilet and drink plenty of fluids (preferably not alcohol) and maybe buy some plain cracker biscuits to giv eyou something in your stomach. Everything else is available up there. We take normal precautions such as drinking bottled water but always have ice in our drinks and eat salads ar restaurants. I don't have much seafood up there as we are rather spoiled in Perth with quality and availability. Have never had a cold either but suffer from hayfever and take antihistamine every day due to the flowers and perfumes. Also use RId Tropical strength mosquito repellent but only becuase we bought five bottles a few years ago and they are still going! Have never used anti bacterial wipes or washes in any of our trips and travels around the world. Have a great trip, relax, enjoy yourselves and don't worry about anything!
