If you get caught out (and you are departing from Melbourne) you can also find them in the large duty free store that's located opposite the customs entrance. I'm sure you'll find in lots of other places at Melbourne airport...I just mention this one because its where I found them when I went looking for locks for my case before checking in...don't ask why!.
