left, there is a little group of shops opposit the Puri Raja (next door to Melasti). There is a money changer there, we have used this lady on both our stays in Legain and find her to be honest. She counts the money out for you, you have to count it and keep it, she will not touch it again. Good rates as well. You can also change it at the Melasti reception but better rate in the street. Also found a Kodak money changer just down from Indo National which was very good.
