The main one I have used over the years is the Rough Guide to Bali and Lombok, I can't find any more recent than the 4th edition which is September 2002, (if anyone finds a published later edition can u email me please?), this has got lots of good maps in it that you can photocopy to paste into the back of a travel diary. Good for the traveller to copy bits and pieces and has a lot of detail about towns, temples, homestays etc.
The other I have is the DK Bali and Lombok, it's a lovely book with nice photos and diagram maps of towns and interesting diagrams with photos of some of the more unique temples (and I like the double page spread with pictures of food). The DK book is a nice book to use to visually select places you would like to visit (or remember places you have been to). Hope this helps.
