There are some really nice beach spots now south of Mercure, and a few smaller beach cafes (like Blackeys) that we enjoy a sunset drink or 2. You can actually see the sunset go down from this area of Sanur,sort of over the harbour and beyond. Many of the locals will go to this area at the end of the day, its a real family spot. Certainly away from the mainstream part of Sanur tho.
