Arrived 3 hours plus for bookin, both luggage and carryon weighed, we also had laptop backpack which was also closely scrutonised and were warned that we were on our limits for the return journey
At boarding gate we were told our plane had problems and that a second plane was being organised ( thankfully one had just landed) but would take over 30 minutes to clean.
boarded the second plane 30 minutes later , then told that this plane also had problems .
We then sat patiently in the plane , eventually they put on a movie but ofcourse our headphones wouldnt work ,couldnt get the hire DVD player either as they are distributed after take off, we eventually left 2 and half hours later
Still no headphones and ofcourse no rental Dvd player left once in flight.
and they dont sell Bintang
On the plus side safety comes first, but for new planes its a BIT SAD Jetstar. We are now in Bali having a great time and looking forward to flying Gurada next time
