Need help choosing cocktails for wedding

Hi all,

We are having a villa wedding in Bali on St. Pats day and we are having cocktails on the drinks menu.
Can we please have some suggestions for cocktails to serve. We are having three different ones. We would prefer not to have milky/creamy ones. We are after ones that really suit the Bali climate.
If you respond please add the ingrediants of the cocktails you suggest.
