I would suggest you research your market or at least know a bit about the quality and value of stone set jewellery you are considerng purchasing.

I have had jewellery made there but have also purchased a few pieces including ruby bracelets / rings and emerald earrings. As I am a repeat customer I find that they get to the real price without much messing around. Their workmanship has been excellent.

Have also had 2 rings made at Toko First and couldn't fault them, however both rings had large single set stones.

Helen [Flavel] posted a few weeks back about a jeweller she used in Denpasar. I thought I might try him next time I am in the market for something. If you do a search of the archives you should find it or Helen may even post on the thread.

I have recommended Mayang to a lot of people, no-one I know of has been disappointed with their purchases. Cheers :-)
