Advice please

Hi I am going to Bali in May we are going to stay in Sanur then Ubud for two days and Lovina for 2 days then back to Kuta.

My question is what do people do about transport when you move around like this. Do you use your regular bemo driver and he stays up there. If so how much do you pay him and do you pay for accomadation for him?

Or would you just use a driver from Sanur to take you to Ubud then find another in Ubud to take you to Lovina then find one in Lovina to bring you back to Kuta?
