Hi Tuberose,
1. Don't know about the Centro store as I've never been there. This one is on RHS coming from Bemo corner towards Jl Melasti. Can't remember where exactly, but not too far from Bemo corner.
2. Premier Lounge was 100,000 RP each. The massage was an extra 100,00. We paid by Visa card. We'll use it again next time, although Mark thought we should check out the Prada Lounge next time as it's right near the gate we departed from. Would be interested in hearing from anyone who's been to both for feedback.
3. Sweating in Crocs wasn't an issue for some reason. We didn't have the real ones, just the cheap copies.
