Taxi to Patra? Book direct or AsiaRooms

We arrive 9:20 pm March 9 - not like I am counting the days - first two days at Patra. With not very mobile grandma, two kids and tired hubbie. I know it is close . . . should we just grab a taxi - or two? I contacted the Patra direct - AsiaRooms was cheaper. Any advice?
