i recomend you go to tulumban and go to the matihari hotel, there you can rent the things you need, store all you dry goods ie towel... and the snorkeling is very good and right next to the shore. it is warm water and quite clear and there is a dive shop there as well if you have question or need help. i brought 2 friends there that had never did it before and the were very comfortable, i am a diver for 20 years so i still wanted my friends to be comfortable and they were! happy snorkeling!!
