Jetstar fly to Singapore from Bali and were the cheapest last I checked, although they don't fly every day. Garuda have daily flights and were not a lot more expensive. I can't remember the exact amounts. You can book Jetstar online but I think to book with Garuda you need to contact their office or a travel agent in Bali.
