hi pauline, have stayed at the waka 5 times now and it is lovely, very quiet and secluded with wonderful views of rice fields and villages. At dusk you can watch the duck farmer herding his ducks into the field to eat the bugs from the rice crops. We have stayed in the standard rooms, which are luxury in them selves and also the villa with the plunge pool. Be prepared to pay top dollar around $280.00 US with brekky but try and negotiate as we do. i Have made best friends with two of the girls who work there and they are like sisters now. Cheers. Kerrie
P.S. the brand new spa and beauty salon is too die for.
