I posted a message a couple of days ago vetting my concern for booking with Tegal Sari and giving them copy of credit card, front & back. When I actually went online into their website, and enquired about accomodation, it took me directly to ABL Travel & Tours. This travel company was the one who was asking for my credit card details, not Tegal Sari. I rang Tegal Sari and they said it was fine. Then about an hour later, Tegal rang me at home and asked why did I not book directly with them when I did last year in Sept, when we stayed there. Of course I had done, but booking online went through to ABL. I then told Tegal Sari that I would cancel my reservation with the online booking company and book directly with them.
ABL have asked why I am cancelling . They have confirmed a cancellation to us but not to Tegal Sari at this stage.However TS are still keeping our reservation. We scanned the authorization form plus copy of passport to Tegal Sari. They do NOT require front & back copies of credit cards.
Like others, we have booked directly with them before, so this was all a big strange.
I can highly recommend TS for their professionalism and prompt attention, and yes, like others, are very trusted. In future, I will email them direct for further bookings.
