Just back yesterday- and did some marvellous (full day) trips for only 250,000K
We went around the East Coast toward Candi Dasa to Amankila resort, which is truly stunning with the most breathtaking views- a lovely brunch spot (take the camera) then on to hidden Pasir Putih (White Sands) Beach- for a lovely swim in the the blue water- YES it was bright blue and crystal clear!! a lovely massage from "Wayan Mountain" and drinks with "Gusti " at the RELAX warung....there were no hawkers ,just serenity- then we showered off and headed to Amed where you can literally snorkel off the shore- calm flat water with fish of all colors beneath you...just bliss!! Lunch at the Santai villas right on the beach- then on to 'Tirta Gangga' Water palaces (a must see) where we swum in the holy baths and was escorted by a "mute" tour guide who unfolded the history of the kingdom by way of a booklet, in large print that described our surroundings and its past. A real "Wow" experience.

Its really hard to get back into it here upon return- I keep running to this website to get a quick-fix- must be that thing they call withdrawal- but what a great way to wean after yet another fun packed trip to Bali!!
