I am pretty sure you will find that the wheat pack will be confiscated from you. As it is a grain, and you are not allowed to take anything like that into the USA, UK etc. My Aunty had these wheat pack teddy bears she bought for my nieces, split open and emptied. I would check with Customs Australia and ask their advice. The only other hope would be to purchase one over there.
