The only potential issue with the above plan is whether they can supply you regularly with what you want and the quality you want. Better to go directly to the wholesalers for that.
doing business in Bali is a lot about who you know. There are several agencies that will find what you're looking for and hook you up for a fee. Also quite a bit comes up if you google children's clothing wholesale Bali....
