I don't think Garuda know what they are doing at the moment. Couple of weeks ago my husband was told by Garuda in Lombok that they don't sell 12 month tickets anymore, just 6 month tickets. Yet the Perth office told me that they do sell 12 month tickets.
I have a feeling they are making it up as they go along.
