Garuda in Bali have offices at the Kuta Paradiso and at the Sanur Beach Hotel in Sanur. I can't help with the Perth Airport but the Perth office number is 9214 5100. I have just changed my flights (Business Class is now available from Perth) and was charged $100.00 by Garuda, through the wholesaler. Feb 06 I had to change my return flight from Bali due to illness and I was charged &270.00. It seems it was a particular type of package and it did say this on the sticker on the ticket. This was not pointed out to me by the T/A when I booked. Travel insurance paid so it was OK. Best Flights reissue fee may also include their fee for actually reissuing the ticket. Good luck, Stormy
