Question about retiring in Bali

There was a post recently about this and I have searched the forum but can't find it so I would appreciate any info, thanks. I was wanting to know approximately what annual income I would need to live comfortably in Bali. I know "comfortably" means different things to different people but just an approximation would be good. And where do I go to get relevant info re: rules and regulations? Thanks again for any help.
